The website www.energie.gov.md provides you with the opportunity to electronically address the Minister of Energy with proposals, complaints, and notifications.
The size of the text in the correspondence should not exceed 2000 characters.
Depending on the nature of the issue addressed, the relevant public administration authorities will be involved in reviewing the correspondence.
The body responsible for reviewing the correspondence is entitled to verify the accuracy of the information and request additional information.
As a result of the review of your correspondence, you will receive a response in electronic form, to the email address indicated in the correspondence.
Confidentiality of personal data and communicated information is ensured during the presentation and examination of electronic correspondence.
Correspondence that does not contain the required information in the correspondence form and does not meet the requirements for the electronic document, including the application of a digital signature (Article 5(2) of the Law on Petitioning no. 190/19.07.94), will not be reviewed.
If you do not have an email address, we recommend that you send a written request or petition by mail on paper.
